    Portable Ozone Monitoring with the Model 430

    ​​​The lightweight Model 430 Compact Ozone Monitor is an easy to deploy, cost-effective solution to prove ambient air ​​quality reports are accurate when using the lower cost neighborhood sensors.​​ The Model 430 uses the traditional UV-absorption principle to produce accurate and stable measurements of ozone in ambient air. This proven technology and performance has allowed the Model 430 to become officially designated as the US EPA-approved automated equivalent method EQOA-1015-229 for ozone measurement as defined in 40 CFR Part 53.

    Are You Using the Health Status Report for T Series Instruments?

    ​​​The T Series gas instruments with NumaView™ Software feature a Health Status Report which supports some of the requirements of a QA/QC program. The Health Status Report provides a snapshot of the instrument’s health by recording and saving several test functions. The test functions saved are unique to each T Series model and include acceptable limits for each value. This not only allows for a quick check to see if any parameters are out of tolerance,​ you can also compare these values to the final test data sheet provided with each instrument when they ship from the factory. In addition, it’s a helpful troubleshooting tool that can be sent to TAPI Tech Support.

    Monitoring Dissolved Ozone Concentration in Semiconductor Wet Benches Using the 470

    ​​​​​To fully realize the advantages of using ozone in semiconductor wet bench applications for cleaning, particle and photoresist removal, it is important to measure the concentration of ozone present or injected in the process liquid. The 470 Dissolved Ozone Analyzer is designed to be an in-line ozone concentration monitor that requires minimal maintenance and can be seamlessly integrated into a wet bench system to get a true measurement.
