Fill in instrument information below, click check to find upgrades. The firmware update file can then be downloaded via a “Download Link” below. This update file can be placed on a USB “Thumb Drive” and installed in the instrument via the Utilities-USB Utilities-General menu.
Please enter the full X.X.X.X revision for the Package Version and Windows Version. The Package Version can be found on the Setup-Instrument-Product Info screen. The Windows Version can be found on the Setup-Instrument-System Info screen. Please enter the Build number as the final digit in the version. For example, version 1.1.2 Build 120 should be entered as 1.1.2.120.
