Teledyne API is Proud to Announce the Addition of the IN USA Brand of Products to its Portfolio
Effective November 7, 2016, Teledyne API acquired the assets of IN USA, Inc, headquartered in Norwood, Massachusetts.
IN USA manufactures a range of ozone analyzers, ozone generators, and other gas monitoring instruments utilizing ultraviolet and infrared based technologies. Founded in 1988, IN USA’s gas sensors and monitors are designed for use across several industrial process applications in the semiconductor, water treatment, food & beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
Together, IN USA and Teledyne API will become the leading supplier of instrumentation for the industries we serve. Our combined technical expertise together with our manufacturing, sales and service resources will enable us to better support our valued customers, providing state of the art technology for all Ozone equipment and NDIR instrumentation requirements.
The integration of both companies will take place over the next few months. Teledyne will maintain the IN USA products as IN USA branded products of Teledyne API. Our clients will continue to receive the same high quality products and services, which they have come to expect from both IN USA and Teledyne API.
