June 15, 2018 – Teledyne API, a business unit of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:TDY), announced today the new Model 470 – a state-of-the-art Dissolved Ozone Sensor designed to measure dissolved ozone in a liquid, typically water or sulfuric acid bath, at concentrations up to 150 mg/L. The Model 470 is clean-ready for high purity semiconductor Wet Bench systems and other industrial processes, and can be installed directly in-line at flow rates up to 150 SLPM due to its straight-through flow path.
The Model 470 replaces the Model dFFOZ and incorporates patented dual optical-path sample sensing technology that provides unparalleled performance and virtually eliminates the need for a reference liquid measurement.
Unlike the Model dFFOZ, the Model 470 provides the ability to remotely report the concentration that is being measured via analog or digital signals to the Wet Bench tool, making this sensor a standalone instrument. Once installed, the Model 470 requires no regular maintenance or consumables.
