The AC series ozone generator offers state-of-the-art silent corona discharge ozone generating technology in a very compact package. It is a ceramic-based industrial grade ozone generator capable of producing very high concentrations. The AC series Ozone generator can produce very high concentration of ozone in excess of 200 g/Nm3 or 14% w/w.  It is the most compact ozone generator in its class, producing the highest ozone concentration on the market. The AC series generators are available in a 19 inch rack-mount enclosure or a rugged wall-mount stainless steel splash-proof enclosure designed for harsh and demanding industrial environments. For ease of use, each AC series ozone generator has a built-in controller enabling it to operate in Local or Remote Mode. In the Local Mode the user selects, via the knob located on the front panel, the power setting of the generator until the desired ozone concentration is reached. In the Remote Mode, the AC generator can be turned on and off and the power setting can be adjusted remotely to reach the desired concentration level. The AC series of ozone generators is air cooled and requires no cooling water. 

The built-in forced air cooling system is designed to efficiently circulate air through the system to cool the ozone generating cell and the power supply. The only maintenance required is the periodic replacement of the modular air filters making the AC series the ozone generator with the lowest cost of ownership in its class on the market.​
